Refund and return policies

At Barbara Fuller Clothing, each piece is lovingly handmade with care, attention to detail, and artisanal craftsmanship.  we understand not everyone can pull off wearing certain garments and may be hesitant to purchase an online item without trying them on.  For this reason, we do accept returns or exchanges for credit with our store.  We do not issue refunds. 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to do a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging.  

To start a return, you can contact us at barbarafullerclothing@yahoo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 211 St Johns Dr, Salisbury NC 28144 and received within the 14-day period after receiving item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as made to order with measurements given) orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know the credit was approved on any products. We encourage you to review product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Handmade Quality

Each handmade piece may have slight variations in fabric, its placement, stitching, color of dying process or finishing details. These unique characteristics are part of the artisanal process and add to the one-of-a-kind nature of your garment. Minor variations are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

. If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at barbarafullerclothing@yahoo.com with photos of the issue. We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Always cut the tag from the item if you decide to keep it rather than tearing it out as damaged may happen.
